| There is a trend in the makeup artistry business called air-brushing. It's literally air brushing foundation onto your face to give it a smooth, velvety finish that you can't necessarily get when applying foundation with a brush or your fingers or using a sponge. ERA FACE Foundation is foundation in an aerosol can! It's an innovative product because you not only can use it on your face, it can be used as a body foundation, too! The founder of Classified Cosmetics, Yolanda Halston, who is a professional makeup artist came up with this concept because she noticed that women who had undergone cosmetic laser procedures were unable to use regular foundations because the foundations would not stick to the new healing skin and that the ingredients in regular foundations irritated the skin while it was healing. So ERA FACE Foundation was born. The ERA FACE Foundation is an ultra light foundation in a 2.25 oz. aerosol canister that can be sprayed directly on the skin. The foundation is oil-free with color molecules encased inside bubbles of water. On the instructions, if the foundation appears watery upon application, shake the can in order to mix it for a flawless application. Before using the foundation, make sure that blemishes and under eye circles are covered before spraying the foundation. That way you can avoid excess color over your entire face. I tried the ERA FACE Foundation in R8, which is a medium pecan colored foundation. It was a little watery at first, but once I shook the can, the foundation was mixed well. I wore the foundation for three days and I have to honestly say that my skin did look smoother, but I had to get used to spraying the foundation because I didn't want it to get all over my bathroom wall. ERA FACE Foundation is good for all skin types and it does leave a sheer, natural finish. ERA FACE Foundation is great to use on your legs and chest to give your skin a more even finish for when you want to go without pantyhose or when you want even color while on the beach or out for a hot night on the town.
