I first heard about Eyeko Beauty while browsing through Nordstrom.com.  I heard that Eyeko Beauty has a "cult status" among celebs and fashionistas alike over in Europe.  Eyeko Beauty has hit the States and I was dying to know what the line had to offer.

Eyeko Beauty is a line mainly geared toward a younger demographic.  However, anyone of any age can find something fun within the line to use.  Eyeko the "spokesmodel" is the "pink haired, anime cyber cutie that plays host to the whimsical beauty site."

Packaged in sweet bubble gum pink and baby blue containers, Eyeko Beauty consists of several products for the body, face, eyes and lips.

Like any makeup junkie, I couldn't pass up trying something from Eyeko.

I first tried Eyeko's Cream ($15), which is an oil-free cream used to make the skin glow with a slight shimmer.  It contains Vitamin A to hydrate the skin. I'd have to say that I did like this cream.  I not only used it on my face, but I used it on my arms and décolleté as well.  It's a good solid cream.

Next, I tried Eyeko's Gold Stick ($11).  This is a cool product, literally.  It feels very cool going on the skin and it leaves behind small bits of gold glitter to be used where you'd like.  To be honest, I like the idea of a roll-on shimmer, but I wasn't that thrilled about the Gold Stick.  I believe that someone much younger would get a kick out of using it.  The gold glitter was too yellow for my taste.  I like a gold shimmer that blends with my skin tone.  I think you can get a better shimmer with the Eyeko Cream.

Next, like every line I try, I judge how good a line is by their lip products.  Eyeko's T-Shirt Gloss ($11) is really a pot gloss encased in a "t-shirt shaped" pot.  Really cute.  I loved the color even more.  It was a cool cranberry shade with glimmer.  The perfect weekend shade.  Add a deep pencil to glam it up for night.

Lastly, catering to my kiddy sensibilities, I went for the Bubblegum Pen (6.50).  It's actually a fragrance that you can rub on yourself or on a letter to a gal pal!  Pretty nifty!

Eyeko has a lot to offer for women (or men) of all ages!  The line is definitely worth checking out.
